Ingredients

  • 45 g oat flakes
  • 60 g petit suisse cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 coffee scoops coffee

Method

    Bring a pot of water to a boil for the hard-boiled egg.

    Gently place the egg in the simmering water.

    Cook for 9 to 10 minutes until the yolk is fully set.

    Immediately plunge the egg into cold water, peel it, and set aside.

    Pour the oat flakes into a ramekin.

    Add the petit suisse cheese.

    Mix carefully until you have a homogeneous preparation.

    Optionally add a spoonful of water or milk for a softer texture.
