Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole egg
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion

Method

    Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

    Shape mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.

    Add beef broth and cream of mushroom soup to slow cooker and mix well.

    Add sliced mushrooms and diced onion to the slow cooker.
