Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb spaghetti pasta
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

    Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

    Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

    Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

    Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in heavy cream.

    Cook spaghetti pasta according to package directions in a separate pot. Drain well.
